By creating an account or using Evabloom ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Evabloom provides adaptive fitness and recovery programming, including cycle-aware training guidance. The Service is informational and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Evabloom.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Evabloom offers free trials, beta access codes, and paid subscriptions billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the subscription page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Trial and beta access expire on the stated date and may convert to a paid subscription only with your explicit consent.
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Contact support if you believe you were charged in error.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including reverse-engineering it, scraping it, or using it to harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Evabloom, its branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the workout and health data you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. EXERCISE INVOLVES INHERENT RISK; YOU PARTICIPATE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
